I’m excited to be launching a newly redesigned reelection campaign website today, a year before Election Day 2010. The site offers a bright, easy-to-navigate format, more photos, ways to share information with your friends and with me, and more opportunities to follow my campaign for reelection as lieutenant governor.
My campaign will be grassroots-focused, with captains from each of the state’s 39 cities and towns helping to lead my effort. The Web makes open, grassroots efforts possible, and it is my hope that my new website will provide all the tools and information you need.
You can learn more about the issues I care deeply about: health care, open government, economic development and strengthening small business in our state. You can also keep up with me through my tweets and blogs, regularly updated here. I am hoping that what you find here will lead you to become an active supporter, if you aren’t already, in my bid to continue as your lieutenant governor.
I also want to thank Embolden, an award-winning Pawtucket-based Web design and development company, for their hard work and creativity in bringing about our great new look.
So spend some time on the site, find out what we’ve been up to at the campaign, share it with your friends, and check back soon!
